Orders & Payment:

Most orders require at least 2 days notice. More elaborate designs will require more notice. If you are unsure, contact us. With the exception of chocolates, candy, etc. products can only be delivered in a 30 mile radius of our location in southern NJ

Payment is due when product is delivered. You can purchase by cash, check, money order, PayPal, or credit card. Credit card payments will be billed by our web developer. Those who wish to pay by credit card will be billed by E-mail. Charges on your credit card will appear as 2CO-norulesdsgn.

Privacy:

Any information you submit to us will be used to service your request. Your information will never be sold to a third party.
